Melo Quick Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how businesses, team members, and customers may use Melo Quick for QR ordering, order links, invoices, dashboard workflows, and related business management tools.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Melo Quick, including the website, dashboard, QR ordering pages, order links, invoices, and related services provided for businesses and their customers.
By creating an account, using the platform, placing an order, or accessing a Melo Quick QR or order link, you agree to follow these Terms. If you use Melo Quick on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
2. Melo Quick services
Melo Quick helps businesses manage digital ordering, menus or product catalogs, customers, invoices, team workflows, and order fulfillment from one system.
We may update, improve, pause, or remove features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active business operations.
3. Accounts and business users
You are responsible for keeping account details accurate, protecting login credentials, and controlling the access given to employees, managers, merchants, or other team members.
You must notify us if you believe your account, dashboard, order links, QR codes, or business data have been accessed without permission.
4. Business content and responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of products, prices, images, availability, taxes, discounts, delivery information, pickup terms, policies, and any other content they publish through Melo Quick.
Businesses must honor orders they accept, communicate clearly with customers, and comply with applicable consumer protection, tax, food safety, licensing, employment, and data protection requirements.
5. Customer orders and fulfillment
Customers may use QR codes or order links to submit orders to a business. Melo Quick provides the software workflow, but the business remains responsible for accepting, preparing, delivering, refunding, canceling, or otherwise fulfilling orders.
Order details, statuses, invoices, receipts, and customer communications may be processed in the platform to support business operations and customer service.
6. Payments, plans, and fees
Some Melo Quick features may require a paid plan, subscription, commission, transaction fee, implementation fee, or other charge communicated before purchase or activation.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are due when charged and may be suspended for overdue accounts. Businesses are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, payment provider fees, or chargebacks related to their use of the platform.
7. Data, privacy, and security
Melo Quick may process business data, user data, customer data, order data, device data, and usage data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
Businesses must only upload or collect personal data when they have a lawful reason to do so. Businesses are responsible for telling their own customers how customer data is collected and used in connection with their orders.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Melo Quick to break the law, mislead customers, sell prohibited goods or services, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, spam users, scrape the platform, overload our infrastructure, or attempt to bypass security controls.
We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe use of the platform creates risk for customers, businesses, Melo Quick, CBLINK, or third parties.
9. Integrations, devices, and third parties
Melo Quick may connect with payment providers, printers, messaging tools, analytics tools, inventory systems, maps, hosting providers, or other third-party services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. Melo Quick is not responsible for outages, fees, errors, or policy changes caused by third-party services outside our control.
10. Intellectual property
Melo Quick, including its software, design, brand, workflows, documentation, and platform content, is owned by Melo Quick, CBLINK, or their licensors.
You keep ownership of the business content and customer content you submit, but you grant us the permission needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content so we can provide the service.
11. Service availability and support
We work to keep Melo Quick reliable and secure, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party outages, emergencies, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Support may be provided through the channels we make available, and response times may depend on your plan, the issue severity, and the information you provide.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Melo Quick at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create security or legal risk, or use the platform in a way that harms other users.
After termination, some data may remain in backups, logs, invoices, or records where retention is required for security, legal, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Melo Quick is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business need.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Melo Quick and CBLINK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of Melo Quick after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
